It isn't that Taylor Ham is too formal. We just want to suggest that it isn't really mystery meat as opposed to scrapple which is definitely mystery meat (and we love it only because it remains a mystery!!!). And wasn't there a Taylor Ham shop on the board walk in Point? Hm-m-m, maybe it was Taylor Pork Roll shop.
Skip, I notice you are from Brick. Well some of us oldies still call it Brick Township. Now that is formal!
