I don't think Lopez is suffering from the effects of aeration. Looks like disease. It was aerified in early May - plenty of time for it to have healed up.
We played Mission Inn near Howie-in-the Hills a couple of weeks ago. It was in fabulous shape, and it cost us $39.99 +tax. In high season, though, that course would not be affordable. There are a lot of nice courses in the area to play, with good summer rates, you just have to check ahead of time to get a handle on conditions.
I checked with OB and apparently they won't be aerating it again until July, so we will have that course to enjoy. The last time I played it, it was very, very nice.
