Default marking utilities
I did not find a thread in my search. Sorry if this has been asked before. Who do we call to have the utilities marked? Do we need to call comcast, seco, phone company (whoever that is)? Want to do a little digging without hurting myself or the utilities. Are there just 3 utilities?
