Obama will always lie, but he has a good excuse for his lies.

He does not remember what he has read from the teleprompter.
They are not his words and they cannot be because he knows very little about all this stuff in Washington.

We will have to give him a pass on all his lies because he has no clue what he is saying nor can he remember all the words of others he reads from his prompter.
