again this afternoon. He has strolled the beach and provided photo ops. He steps in front of the microphone, is on as I type. He is reading from notes. Did he write these while walking? Posing for pix?
Of course not. The speech writing dweebs had it prepared for him when he got off the plane.

The man has no capability or perhaps desire to speak unprepared. A major signal of an individual that does not know his subject for one. Secondly, prepared text always provides a defense for what was said if it blows up.

His operating style portrays him as one who is not prepared to speak with authority based on personal knowledge.

While I do not particularly care for Michelle Obama for a lot of reasons, I give her an 'A' for being able to speak without notes, teleprompters, etc. She is a significantly more credible person than he is as a result.

When a person knows their subject, they do not need notes. They do not need a teleprompter. Yes there is a time and place for prepared speeches. However, not each and every time one opens their mouth.

Just wait and watch his address to the nation tomorrow. Same old, same old political schmooze with no specific actions/solutions. Very consistent with every public address he has ever made.

The man is afraid to make a mistake and as a result he makes an even bigger mistake.
