Obama will go on television tomorrow night and explain how he's been to the Gulf four times since the rig accident - met with families, friends, business people, local representatives - he'll say how they all had his ear, his attention and his heart. He'll explain how he has been on top of everything since day one - this is the worst disaster the world has ever seen - and how we really need more regulations and it was really Bush's fault and how cap and trade is earnestly needed. He'll say is is making sure that BP is going to pay for all damages.
