As you requested I did read this article.....so my first problem is the use of the word....sycophants. Had to look it up the first time I saw it used here. Kinda sets the tone of the article not in a good way.
But what really got me was this:
The oil spill in the Gulf was allowed to spread with no plan, central authority, or leadership in place to prevent its destruction of the Gulf coast.
That is just Repub bulls**t. The fact is that BP had submitted a plan that they could handle a spill of a certain size to get the permit to drill. In point of fact they couldn't handle a spill of any size. The government has had a point man Tad Allen down there all a long. The author fails to mention that BP lied about the amount of oil and provided a false picture to prove it. Not until the Feds forced them did we actually see the real amount of oil.
American weakness and lack of resolve has sent a signal and emboldened our enemies to press their hegemonic strategy throughout the globe and to attack our allies, such as Israel.
Again been hearing this for years in different forms. Remember this is the guy that has killed more Taliban and terrorists with drones than the last admin ever thought about doing. And now even some here on the forum are complaining his is using to many drones. Putting troops in the Middle East and building bases in Saudi Arabia sure ****ed off the people who want to attack Israel. Clinton worked at the peace process and the last administration didn't do a thing. So this point is pretty funny.
I do think that this President thinks to much...I'll bet if they did a profile on him right brain vs left brain he would end up in the middle. Unfortunately, that is not a good thing.
