How does that happen, other than a builder trying to save a buck.If you have been dealing with a supplier for years, how does that happen?????You change suppliers or you change quality of roofing materials..................why, because your trying to increase your profit margins.They get what they pay for, karma can be a real B*&*#H !!!!!!Now it's going to cost them alot more than money.
