Thanks for the info. I had my heart set on a natural wood composite look vs. aluminum, but it may be the answer. I didn't know they had self-constructing kits so that would be an avenue to consider.

I do know to have the plans approved by the architectural committee before constructing. Any reputable contractor that does work in TV would be aware they need a license to construct one and have the plans approved.

If anyone else has names of contractors to recommend for such a project, it would be appreciated. Thanks to all.
