But, many older Villages have very close-knit communities. My own street of some 16 houses has residents ranging in age from 56 to 83 or so. We pay little attention to the small age differences, and revel in the closeness of our friendships. It helps tremendously, I think, that all but our youngest neighbors, moved here within a couple of months of each other!
Bottom line, Leon, is: You're going to love it here no matter where you are!

One item to consider everyone. The Hubs and I are 2nd generation Villagers in the Historic Section! There's plenty going on in our area!
