Welcome to TV, Korman. I think I would have been assigned to a rubber room if it had taken us that long. I only started looking seriously last June, Had decided on a property in January and started the process. (pre-owned) Stopped at TV in March to finalize things and ended up starting over with a different property. Ended up closing Apr 29 and will be moving our stuff down (finally) 1st week of Aug. Can't wait. May be able to catch up with you at one of the Crisper's luncheons after we get down there. Enjoy!
