My ex-wife works for the Post Office. She had (might still have but she admits it's hard in that environment) just about the best work ethic I'd ever seen.
In order to pass the test to become a Postal Worker (as opposed to a temp or contractor), you have to know english.
So why, my ex-wife asks, are employee notice put up also in Spanish?
Just another case of passing a law or a rule and failing to enforce it. I seem to recall you had to know English in order to stay here legally.
