Hey, Sally...our closing is July 29th! We are fortunate enough to be here renting in The Villages and every day we go out to take pictures of our house. It's amazing all the activity and changes going on every day. Sounds like you are right across the street from a house that is putting in a pool. We keep checking it out as we hope to have one some day. Our house is all the way on the east end of Fringe Tree (#44) right next to the villa wall but our back yard is on St. Charles. When you see the PODS trucking going up the street at the end of July, that'll be us!
