How exciting for all!
My meeting with the Builder the day after my closing was very slightly intimidtating! But, my short, "casual" confidence was confirmed many times over!
I had found a half-dozen "cosmetic" things to be taken care of. Within 20 minutes of our meeting, there were crowds of "little people" swarming all over the house, correcting every little thing I'd found!
The only gap was the plumber who did confirm what it was his company had missed out on, but also admitted that he didn't have the part required on his truck that day; would Monday be okay?
Would never, ever, have happened "up north!"
