I think you are correct --while we have not moved to TV yet --we bought a lot and have the home ready to build ---Our salesman was telling us the entire time we have been looking to estimate the costs (taxes) at about 2% of the price of the home
----It is coming in very close --that is Taxes ,Bond,Maintainace fee etc -- after that it all lifestyle determined I hope !!!!
