My all time favorite healthy/high fiber meal is black bean chili made with ground turkey and lots of chopped celery, garlic, tomatoes, a cup of grated carrots & more navy beans, spiced with chili powder and curry powder. The last 8 minutes of cooking, I throw in a cup of whole grain elbow pasta
