Regardless of the Muslim world's medieval contribution to science, why would the President of the United States tell the chief of the NASA program that one of his main duties as head of NASA is reaching "out to the Muslim world and engage much more with dominantly Muslim nations to help them feel good about their historic contribution to science ... and math and engineering," ?
