When we made our purchase/down payment, we asked if there was such a service. Our realtor brought in the lady that handles those things and so, far she's been very helpful. She found a couple of realtors up here in VA that they deal with and had them contact us. The one we chose has a stager that is working with us to get ready for listing. We have also been contacted by two moving companies and there is one more that she gave us the number for whenever we get ready for them. Her name is Karen Madsen and her e-mail is
