In a recess appointment that not many in the Lame Stream Media deem newsworthy, Obama picked Donald Berwick to head Medicare because of, or in spite of, his opinion that health care needs to be rationed to control costs.

Obama apologists of his unpopular and unwanted by the American people Obamacare Plan rammed through the Legislature, guffawed at the notion being reported by the Conservative Media that the plan predicated the rationing of health care and, in effect, "death panels".

This is not so far-fetched now, IS IT?
