we had our bathrooms tiled by a man from the market at marion and had bathfitter install a new shower in the master bath. the tear-out and install went smoothly with just one crew person doing the whole job over two days [day 1 - tear-out/day 2 - install]. the tile job is marvelous.

the single problem with the bathfitter job was the misalignment of one of the sliding doors which resulted in a small amount of water reaching outside the shower...we had to leave unexpectedly so the prob was not corrected immediately...when we did return some months later we notified them of the problem and a representative came within the week to make the adjustment - no questions asked.

imho, this shower is nothing to write home about - it is standard stuff - and it is fairly pricey. i would imagine there are other outfits that can deliver the same product and service. if my husband had not been in such a hurry to remodel i would have comparison shopped. but i really have no complaints with this project.
