Changing boxes.

We have two DVR boxes here and I have wondered if we could bring ours or will we have to turn them in and get new used ones there. I guess my best bet is to call Comcast.

In another post about Comcast, I mentioned the fact that when we moved about 20 miles to a different address, even though we still stayed with the same comcast office, we ended up having to turn in our boxes from the old address and get different ones for the new address. Had something to do with different account numbers in their system????? Whatever. Can't imagine them letting us drag them off to a different state. I guess each area has their own set of serial numbers assigned to them.
