Well in this instance, the Obama administration directed the United States Dept. of Justices' Civil Rights Division to drop charges against the new black panther party and the members who stood in front of a voting place. A polling place!!

There is video evidence and victims' depositions that they were called racial names and threatened if they didn't vote for Obama. The video that went viral shows the one thug with a billy club and both nbpp members were dressed in full garb.

A long-time attorney for the DOJ quit his job over this.

Another thing. Have you ever heard of Harvard professor Charles Ogletree? He helped found and write the literature for the black panthers. He's also one of Obama's mentors. He was the attorney who represented the black guy from the beer summit.

Remember the case? When the police got involved when a woman called the police and said two men were trying to get into her neighbor's house. Harvard Professor Henry Louis Gates' front door was jammed and he couldn't get inside and was indeed breaking into his own house. Remember? He refused to show the police office his ID.

Do you remember when the press asked Obama about it and he said he didn't know anything about the case...but the police "acted stupidly." And then Obama had the infamous beer summit with the police officer and the professor.

Guess who represented the professor in the case? Obama's friend, former black panther Charles Ogletree.

Just a whole lot of coincidences in my opinion.
