We bought our first home and were slowly moving into it, as we still had our house in South Florida. The house was exactly what we wanted, but we were going to build a pool. And, part of the reason for moving to TV, was the golf cart access to most everything you need. The first house had an ok golf cart access location and no pool. I looked on TV web site and there was the house we now have. The house is almost the same as the first, but not quite. But, it has a small swimming pool and is 3 minutes from SS by golf cart. We are no doubt older than you and like the fact that we are so close to everything we need by golf cart, giving us a few extra years of independence. Both homes are Championship golf front, so privacy is really not a problem. Golfers are interested only in their golf.
