No, this is not an autopick draft, it's an online draft set about a week before the season opens. If you cannot make the draft for whatever reason, you can prioritize your choices or yahoo will do it for you.
And if you let Yahoo do it I can guarantee that you will not like the choices. I accidentally did it one year a long time ago.
