Not just Pannera's. It seems every restaurant or eating establishment loads up their food with salt. When you ask for no salt in your food, you are told it is already prepared that way as the salt is already in the food.
If the Villages is going to talk about a healthy lifestyle, why not start with the cc restaurants and have them offer a salt free menu.
Same goes for the chain stores.
Best bet, eat at home more often.

It is not just the salt - how about the sugar? With the number of diabetics in the Villages you would think that the restaurants, ice cream parlor, and the grocery stores would offer more sugar free desserts.

We make our own and eat them at home.
