Besides the lies about the "Affordable Care Act," or health care reform, imposing new taxes and allowing government subsidized abortions, I think it is interesting to note the new role the US Dept. of Justice is playing in this Affordable Care Act.

Not just in the sense of defending against the lawsuits by the Attorney Generals, of what is it now, 16 states against the unconstitutionality of the health care reform, but the new agency HEAT.

HEAT or Health Care Fraud Prevention Enforcement Action Team, is a cabinet-level initiative launch by the Department of Health and Human Services and the DOJ in May 2009 under the authority of Obama. Among many new powers granted to HHS and the DOJ, Obama has given them the power to conduct Payment Recapture Audits to look into your medical records to determine appropriate payments for appropriate medical services.

Rationed socialized health care or whatever you want to call it to make yourself feel better is being established right under our noses.
