Comcast Installation
I called Comcast last week (7/14/2010) to order triple play. I was given an acct number and a telephone number. I wanted to schedule the install for September 6th when I will get to The Villages. I was told that they couldn't schedule out that far and to call back in a week). I called back today (7/23) and talked to a different person. I gave her my acct # and was told that when she put in my Social she got a message that I couldn't place the order over the phone and that I had to go to a Service Center in Leesberg in person.
Anyone experience this? I'm sure they can take an order over the phone. I'll call back again and talk to a different person and see what they say.
