Unscrew faucet counter clockwise.

Lift up house and discard.

Replace with new house.

Screw faucet on using a clockwise motion.

(Sorry couldn't resist. I just went out and looked at mine, looks like it is attached with a rectangular bracket, two screws into the side of the house. I would hope that can be removed and the leaking faucet repaired or replaced.)
