I do repairs in West Palm Beach where we still live. (Villages soon we hope.) I think you will have to chip out the stucco enough to remove faucet. The houses here require it sometimes. The faucet may be threaded or may be soldered if the pipe is copper? Thje stucco would then need to be repaired. Some faucets are repairable with a new rubber washer. Not sure what kind you have.
