We have since moved into a corner lot CYV since I first wrote the original post. The backyard is bigger than the one in my old home and my two children, I mean doggies, love it. Funny thing is that we spent more than planned to get a lot with alot of grass for them only to find that they do not like walking on the type of rough grass here. They are doing their thing on the rocks I put down where the straw used to be. So now I have all this grass that nobody uses and that I have to pay someone to mow. I could have saved myself dome money had I known.
