I have a ballpark very rough quote from Proform, whom I have not used or checked any references on.

They say their ballpark for a 12x24 concrete pool with 4 foot concrete around it is $16,900 and the birdcage is about $6k, so $22,900 total. I'm working on getting a real quote from them, I'm talking to Luke.

But from my phone calls it seems $30-$35 K is the typical ballpark most companies give for the basic pool and cage.
Yes, T&D prices are a little higher than some but as I have written before they are here and are dependable. There are also a couple of good pool companies out of Ocala who will give you similar or maybe slightly lower pricing than T&D. As far as the low cost offer I would say be careful. I know of one person who went with the low price for his pool and the company went out of business halfway through the pool build. It took months for him to find someone to finish the job. Not saying that may happen with the person you have talked to but just offering some experience.
