More established neighborhoods will have less vacant houses. Your older neighborhoods will also have more established clubs and groups. But, here in The Villages, if you can't find it...just make it. If your street doesn't have a social group...start one. If the guys in your neighborhood don't have a golf group...start one. And if you do get in a newer neighborhood where not everyone has retired or moved down yet...it won't be long and then you can be the welcome wagon.
