I haven't used them myself so can't speak from personal experience. In addition to getting some references, I would check them out at the Better Business Bureau (
http://centralflorida.bbb.org/Find-Business-Reviews/) and with both TV offices of Seniors Vs Crime (Marion Office - 753-7775 and Sumter Office - 753-2799, Ext. 4253). Sometimes TV Warranty Department will give you the name of contractors who did the original work at your home in case you want to call them. That might not apply in this case, though.
