I ran the NYC marathon for my 46th birthday.
For my 48th birthday, backpacked into the Sierra Nevadas for 10 days with 6 other women carrying a 65lb backpack. Guided 5 days in and had to find our own way out. No fires for cooking, eating only what we carried. Saw bear tracks in morning around tent. Also spent 24 hours alone during the trip.
Had a hole in one.
For my 54th BD, married the finest man I ever met.
