Those who said visitors come here for cheap vacation and have no vested interest in maintaining TV make a good point.

I would agree with raising the fees for visitors to use the golf courses and pools enough to pay for full-time monitoring. (I don't think it would work for renters because homeowners relinquish their resident cards and renters get an activity pass that temporarily transfers the homeowners' rights to the amenities.)

I agree with golf course ambassadors having the authority to enforce the rules.

I strongly do NOT agree with limiting the rights of handicap residents.

Respectfully, I would ask Fumar to consider how he would feel about such restrictions being imposed on him, should he temporarily or permanently become handicapped. I suspect that since he pays the same amenity fees as those of us not (yet) so unfortunate, and since he still would be considerate of the rules, that he would believe that he should not be penalized for the misdeeds of others.
