Default Reasonable Accommodation Not Just for the Golfer

My husband has the RA card that he uses. The starter at Glenview was the one who suggested that he get it about 4 years ago because it also helps maintain the pace of play. (We were a foursome.) He can walk, just not fast enough or for long. This allows him to drive/park closer to the green. He told us to play as if he had it that day and for me to drive him to his ball on all holes (within 15' of the greens and tee boxes) and informed the ambassador what we were doing. Only the golfer in the cart who has the card is allowed to do so...not both golfers in the cart. (If both golfers have the card, then 2 ribbons/tags are issued at check in, one for each side of the windshield.)

Maybe the single person cart was the one seen on the green and they are specially designed and greens legal.
