But yoga does work - mine have gone away, at least until I sprained my knee (again). Only other time I had leg cramps regularly was when I was in my 20s and pregnant. Am definitely not pregnant, so I guess that leaves the other.
Have any of the rest of you noticed that every time you mention some bodily complaint at your yearly physical, or whenever, your doctor just sort of nods and says something along the lines of, well, it's to be expected at your age. The first few times I was rather taken aback - I had expected them to just fix it! Now I get thrilled if it make it a couple of years beyond when my contemporaries are complaining. You never think it will happen to you, but I guess it beats the alternative.
