However, I figure that I would probably like to use a golf cart to get arround and a 20 minute trip would be about my maximun. That is about 1 mile. Thus I would try and figure out what I wanted to be close too and look at pre owned homes. There is also a new downtown being built so maybe being close to it will work.
I think you should add a little more about what you think you will be doing and you might get some better ideas.

Not to be too picky, but a cart going 19 miles an hour, you should be able to cover about 6 miles in 20 minutes.
