And besides, this is much more fun. No deadlines and I can wallow in my bad punctuation.
Also Barb, that long winter when I used to meet the old-timers in my kitchen on those cold mornings, that was when I told you that my soap opera name is Rusty Eden and then I made up little vignettes after people gave me their soap opera names, but I was not in the longer story that appeared later. By that time I knew my limits and had to quit while I still could. Soooo long ago when we used to have a post maybe every half hour around here, and I think there were two forums.
But I remember Skuppy and all the others, too, who showed up. That kitchen with the desk has since been remodeled and the desk has moved to a sunroom. Had I put this infernal computer in a dark corner of the basement like I always planned to do, Boomer would have not been tempted so often to look in here and find a place to land and start writing mostly silly stuff.
And now, I must get out of here today. I have some plans later with friends that I can actually see.
Bye for now, Skuppy.

You could start a new career with self-help books/articles on "How to Write Soap Operas", "How to Answer Forum Posts", or "Where to Hide Your Computer". And all these could be done on your computer to be posted to a blog, or filmed for YouTube. You get the picture. The ideas are endless.....
