Ohiogirl,

What village do you live in? My courtyard villa is in De La Vista south and does have a $165 HOA fee. It also has no grass in front or back, just rock. Villa de la Mesa also has a $165 HOA in addition to the amenity fee. I don't know about patio villas. I just know that by looking at the deed restrictions, the villas show they have HOA fees.
