Buy the software for your PC to do the design yourself. I got one at Costco for about $30. Measure the room as though it was bare walls, then draw that with the software, then you can drag and drop things like showers, vanities, toilet etc until you have everything just the way you want. Or use the software to draw in custom sizes if necessary. Then hire your contractor to build it. My software was called "IMSI TurboFloorPlan" and it worked very well. But there are several other products out there, even some freeware that I would think would be able to do a bathroom. I used it to do a total house remodel plan and it worked very well.
