We also just bought one of the model homes in Pennecamp on Delwood Way - the Dream Catcher. We just sold our condo in West Palm and can't wait to move into The Villages. Looks like we will be neighbors. We will be closing on October 1st. Looking forward to meeting you. Are you Yankee fans?
