Yes, UU, you do have the name right. Its a beautiful place run by a lovely English lady and the food and atmosphere are delightful. As a matter of fact, 20 of us are going there tonight for a Ladies Pamper Party (that's not like in "diapers" but in massages and facials, etc.)
There is another tea house on 301 called Polly's Pantry, and it also is run by an English couple. The food is scrumptious and very English.
I'm not sure however if either of these places sells tea in bulk but they have wonderful gift ideas all over the stores. You will love them.
