We had a similar issue with a neighbor's dog. The large dog's early morning routine as it ran unleashed, included depositing a huge pile of poo on our front steps. Despite our polite request to the dog's owner, to "please keep your dog on a leash" with explanation of WHY, the dog became used to his early morning deposit. OUR dog was safely doing her thing in a 9ft long cement, roofed, fenced, do run which we kept clean. We patiently stored a week's worth of both dog's deposits in a large plastic contractor bag.
