Oh Boy, I guess they haven't read the recent posts about the many people in TV who "carry"."Carry" appears to be a euphemism for armed as in gun.
Sometimes these pranks wind up being deadly as in dropping items off overpasses, throwing something onto the road, etc. A distracted golf cart driver can easily overturn.
