We used United Van Lines and NEVER NEVER again. They damaged our stuff and lost some items. They don't seem to be in a hurry to locate the missing pieces and boxes. One of my neighbors used United also and said to STAY AWAY from United. They also lost itmes. United Van Lines was our nightmare of coming to the Villages. EVERYTHING else is great.
