My husband, Mike, and I are also in the "building" process in Pennecamp and you are right -- they build FAST
It is amazing. In the pictures we get everything always looks so orderly and clean. I have never seen it like this at a building site.
Our neighbor timed the roofing guy putting on the shingles (for fun)-- he said he only took 10 seconds per single -- VERY EFFICIENT! We close on Oct 12 and will be down full time (after Navy football season ends) Nov 24. We hope to meet you both! Are you listed on the Pennecamp.org site?
