Not necessarily strange. These are three new homes and they've all been released for sale. They're villas. Not sure if the villas are built with the ability to pick a lot, design packages, etc. More likely they are built and when completed, made available for sale. I could be wrong about the lot, design thing, but it just appears that these three were completed around the same time and are now available for purchase.
Buttonwood is growing like a weed...
Each time we visit the area, more and more homes appear. It's going to be very nice.
