I so agree. They are just trying to sell you something you don't need.

However, I must warn you that if you have friends visiting from back home and you get your best pitcher out and fill it with the tap water and add cherry Kool Aid and ice and you sit out on the lanai and drink it, than those friends will leave your home and within six months will buy a home in The Villages.

If you don't want them to live here, serve them beer.

I am teasing you a bit but my welcome to you is warm and genuine.
