Default Same thing happened to me
I had a problem with Macafee and had to uninstall and install Microsoft's Security Essentials. This solved my problem. There is a virus embedded in Macafee that I couls not get rid of. When I got rid of it. and installed Microsoft's Security Essentials the problem dissappeared.
